Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Abundant Air (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and your use of our website. By accessing our website, scheduling service, or engaging with our company, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services
Abundant Air provides residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services, including but not limited to system diagnostics, repair, maintenance, replacement, installation, and indoor air quality solutions.
All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site conditions.
Estimates and Authorization
Estimates provided by Abundant Air are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during the course of work.
No work will be performed without customer approval. Approval may be provided verbally, in writing, or electronically.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
For larger projects, including system replacements, a deposit may be required prior to scheduling or ordering materials. Remaining balances are due according to the agreed payment schedule.
We accept approved payment methods including credit/debit cards, electronic payments, and other methods as communicated at the time of service.
Appointments and Cancellations
Customers are asked to provide reasonable notice if an appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled. Failure to provide notice may result in a service fee.
Abundant Air reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Warranty and Liability
Abundant Air may provide warranties on labor and workmanship as outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and parts where applicable.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, system failures unrelated to our work, or issues resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, or third-party modifications.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abundant Air shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Access and Safety
Customers are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the service area. This includes access to HVAC equipment, electrical panels, and workspaces.
Abundant Air reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if working conditions are deemed unsafe or hazardous.
Maintenance Plans
Membership and maintenance plans are subject to separate terms, including billing frequency, service inclusions, and cancellation policies.
Details of each plan will be provided at the time of enrollment.
Use of Website
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use this site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality or interfere with other users.
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Abundant Air and may not be copied or used without permission.
Communications
